Every uncertain result is surfaced for review before it reaches trusted ingredient records or the matrix.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Billing is monthly and managed in Stripe. The current period stays active until the paid term ends.

Is customer data kept in Europe?

Core restaurant data is hosted in the EU. Some subprocessors operate outside the EU under GDPR transfer safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
